Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since the delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement.
We only replace items if the item is defective, damaged or you got the wrong item. You will have to send the invoice along with the pictures of the item as proof. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
To be eligible for replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Products marked as "non-replaceable" or "non-refundable" on the product page, are not eligible for a replacement or a refund.
We do not do reverse pickup and hence the customer needs to pack and ship the item to us.
